Performance Training

We want to focus on the components outside of basketball as well to be able to help our athletes get to the next level of their physical fitness and performance. We offer performance training with a personal trainer and kinesiologist, Anand Nahal. Anand is currently a kinesiologist at OPEX Fitness Abbotsford and also does personal training in Abbotsford, Langley, and Surrey. Anand also has a basketball background as he has spent some time assistant coaching at the University of the Fraser Valley back in 2016. Anand will be doing performance training with our elite club teams on some Fridays.
