Our Bounce Basketball League Programs are for players who are looking to improve their skills and learn the game in a fun yet competitive atmosphere with qualified instruction. The BBL runs 2 days a week and consists of 1 practice and 1 game day per week. In our practice session your child can expect to learn the skills necessary to play the game. The second session is a game a day where players will get to put what they've learned at practice and apply it to the games.
New changes to BC Bounce Abbotsford Rec League - Winter Session
The sessions will now be an hour and a half with skills being taught for between 30 and 45 minutes each day with 5 on 5 games in the last 45 to 60 minutes each day

Please bring your own ball you can purchase one on from us on your first day.
Each player will need a ball for the Monday and Wednesday Session but the balls for 3 on 3 games will be supplied by BC Bounce - no need to bring your ball on Wednesday - Friday
