ABBOTSFORD RECREATION CENTRE
Our Bounce Basketball League Programs are for players who are looking to improve their skills and learn the game in a fun yet competitive atmosphere with qualified instruction. The BBL runs 2 days a week and consists of 1 practice and 1 game day per week. In our practice session your child can expect to learn the skills necessary to play the game. The second session is a game a day where players will get to put what they've learned at practice and apply it to the games.

Monday/Saturday
The Kindergarten to Grade 3 is a COED session with the players doing station work on the first night, learning the skills - dribbling, ballhandling, shooting, layups, and agility drills with short-sided games on the second night.
The Boys Grade 4 to Grade 6 session will see the players doing station work on the first night, learning the skills - dribbling, ballhandling, shooting, layups, and agility drills with full court 5 on 5 games on the second night.
The COED Grade 7 to Grade 9 session will see the players working in a practice session with full court breakdown drills and one on one , two on two and 3 on 3 drills, with full court 5 on 5 games on the second night.
Wednesday/Friday
The Kindergarten to Grade 3 is a COED session with the players doing station work on the first night, learning the skills - dribbling, ball handling, shooting, layups, and agility drills with short-sided games on the second night.
The Girls Grade 4 to Grade 8 session will see the girls working on the skills - dribbling, ball handling, shooting, layups, and agility drills on the first night and play full court 5 on 5 games on the second night.
This session is for players who have been involved in BC Bounce in other session, club players and school team players. This session is a competitive session with full court breakdown drills as well as 1 on 1, 2 on 2 and 3 on 3 play. Full court 5 on 5 games on the second night.

Important
Due to restrictions gym occcupancy still limited to 50 people. We encourage parents to drop off athletes. We hope this will change come this fall and we can have parents attend and watch once again!
