Next Level Strength and Conditioning Workshop
1. What should I do when I get to the weight room?
2. How do I train to actually get faster, stronger, and more explosive?
3. What kind of conditioning will directly improve my basketball performance?
This workshop is designed to answer those questions.
Coach Lucas (former U-Sport National Champion at U of Calgary) is partnering with Jeff from 4Q Performance (certified strength and conditioning coach) to create a program (2 full workouts) athletes can take home and use. Even more importantly, we’ll walk through each movement together so players understand:
1. How to do the exercise safely
2. The purpose behind each movement
3. How it translates to becoming a better basketball player
This is about building confidence in the weight room and giving athletes the tools to take their game to the next level.
